We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the technology sector to manage our client opportunities. 

Job Description

• Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to identify technical talent needs.
• Conduct end-to-end 360 recruitment, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, technical assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.

Desired Qualifications

• 4 years worth of experience working as a recruiter in a recruitment agency or in a comparable position, with a track record of hiring technical employees.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to connect with and establish bonds with hiring decision-makers and candidates.
• Proven capacity to manage many vacant positions concurrently and adhere to deadlines for hiring.
• Effective time and project management abilities.
• An autonomous thinker with the capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.
